Frequently Asked Questions

**Ordering & Payment**

- **What payment methods do you accept?** We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal and Apple Pay.
- **Can I modify or cancel my order?** Orders are processed quickly. If your order has not yet been dispatched, email us at RMW@realmgroup.global and we’ll do our best to help. Once an order has been shipped, it can’t be changed.

**Shipping & Delivery**

- **How long does shipping take?** Orders are made-to-order and require 3–5 business days for production. Delivery via Australia Post Parcel Post typically takes 2+ business days within Australia; international delivery via Australia Post International Standard service takes around 5‑10 business days to major metro areas.
- **Do you ship internationally?** Yes, we ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.
- **How can I track my order?** Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

**Returns & Exchanges**

- **What is your return policy?** If your item is faulty or not as described, contact us within 30 days for a repair, replacement or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law. Change‑of‑mind returns may be offered as an exchange or store credit if items are unused and in original condition. Made‑to‑order items cannot be returned unless faulty.

**Products & Sizing**

- **What sizes do you offer?** Each product page includes a size chart; please check before ordering.
- **When will a product be back in stock?** Many pieces are made-to-order. If an item is sold out, email us for restock information.
